Orchestral Qawwali Project at Godawan Durbar Evenings

5 Dec · Delhi

Dwarka, Delhi · Sat 5 Dec, 7:30 pm

An evening of qawwali reworked for a full orchestra, part of the Godawan Durbar Evenings series in Dwarka. Expect the old Sufi devotional songs, carried by strings and a large ensemble alongside the singers and clapping chorus. It runs about two hours, so it works well as a plan with friends, with dinner before or after.
